very well said, the so called SRC are not doing their job. Finding a lawyer, phoning in and other things will do just fine but remember things of this nature will make a mark if you do the underground work well. That is make sure it these concerns are expressed by many students. The impact will be better felt that way otherwise when go on without any support from your friends it will be easy for administration to say you are expressing your own views and that they do not reflect the views of the student body.
This SRC thing is now an issue everywhere. If they can not do the job of representing the student body, they should buzz off!.
I think some editorials in the Dailies will do but has to be done in a generic manner or else they might think they might just turn it down.

I lost interest in Schooling when i was in class 5 becouse i was intimidated by seniors. Ever since i was thought to fight for my right, you could never touch me, my days in Secondary School and Junior Secondary, i lived a fierce life.

I like to debate issues and action groups are created. You can't touch my right! Write to the School, protest to your SRC, they have conscience and they consider you. The Student body will support you. Are you talking of a Senior High School or a University where there are Parents? There surely are cowards in your School anyway!Sorry for you

THIS IS GHANA, and most Ghanaians don't like to fight for their rights. Now it look as if you are the only one complaining and and the only one wanting to fight the school authorities. Try and get some other students to join you and present this case to the SRC for immediate actions against the school. if possible go ahead and sue the school alone, you can find yourself a good lawyer who is willing to make good money from this case. to tell you the truth, if you sue this school you will win and become a millionaire. NO JOKE I'M DEAD SERIOUS. you can start to threaten the school, i know you have a phone, call a radio station now.

I guess it's time for you to start thinking about transferring to another school. afterall, you're paying for this, are you not? if a few of you guys stick together and start transferring (do let the school know why you transferred) they'll definitely sit up and take note.
why would anyone care what you wear. sure it has to be decent, but decency is a relative thing so who decides?

Hey!!!! Are you talking of a secondary school ...I mean a Senior High School? or a University?.... if this is a tertiary institution, then there is not sense in the "long sleeve shirt and tie". Is this school not in Ghana? Have those policy makers heard of the now popular "wear made in Ghana cloths"? This in my opinion, is "madness" in the very highest order. I think it is a breach of contract if they did not tell you all these before you enrolled. You should resist with all the strength in you. Push the SRC to act or let them refund your SRC fees to you. If they don't listen, I will advice you to go public.

GHANA IS A FREE COUNTRY AND YOU HAVE YOUR FREEDOM !!!! FIGHT! FIGHT!! FIGHT!!! FIGHT!!!! FIGHT!!!!! and FIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
